Scope of Work
TrustyHands Repairs LLC (“Contractor”) agrees to perform repair and maintenance services as described in the service estimate or agreement provided to the Customer.
SMS Communication (Mobile Terms)
By opting in to our SMS program via website forms, you agree to the following:
- Purpose: Messages include appointment reminders, service updates, and account notifications.
- Age Restriction: You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
- Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers (such as T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. * Opt-Out & Help: Reply STOP to unsubscribe; reply HELP for assistance.
- Cost & Frequency: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
- Privacy: SMS opt-in data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.Our full data practices can be found in our Privacy Policy.
Customer Responsibilities
Customer shall provide reasonable access to the property and utilities. Customer is responsible for protecting personal property in the work area. Contractor is not liable for damage to personal property unless caused by gross negligence.
Warranty
Contractor provides a 1-year labor warranty on all repairs unless otherwise stated in writing. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment. Cleaning or minor maintenance services are provided without warranty.
Payments and Non-Payment
Customer agrees to pay all applicable taxes and fees upon completion of work. In case of non-payment, Customer shall be liable for all collection costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees as permitted by law.
Right to Cancel
Customer has the right to cancel this transaction within three (3) business days of signing the agreement (or 7 days for emergency repairs).
